What to expect:

On June 21, 2008 RC Combat comes to Jackson, TN.  The Mid-America Combat Championship will feature eight rounds of RCCA Provisional SSC class combat.

The Championship is centrally located from everywhere and will be the big East-meets-West, North-meets-South contest of 2008.

All pilots, pit crews, and officials must wear protective head gear (hardhat, bicycle helmet, etc.).   Official RC Combat Association SSC class rules: click here.

About RC Combat
RC combat is the most exciting five minutes of flying you will ever experience! It combines aerobatics, tactics, keen eyesight, lightning quick reflexes and killer instincts as as many as twelve pilots at a time pit their skills against each other to cut the streamers towed by their opponents. It is fun to watch and even more fun to fly! From the swirling melee of the dogfight fur ball to the pursuit of the last remaining streamer, it is nonstop action. The planes are designed to survive all but the most brutal midair collision or “dirt nap”, yet are very agile and quick. Come join us for a “different kind of flying”
